The reason for the 3 stars is that when I first received these casters they were frozen solid. I’m guessing that they are dipped in finish and allowed to dry. This obviously makes for a nice paperweight but not a great wheel. My solution to this was soaking them in boiling water for a minute or two, then carefully, they will be hot, taking them out and cleaning as…
